Another challenge lies in generating reports for patients promptly and conveniently, regardless of their location, such as providing lab test reports, requiring efficient data retrieval and transmission systems to ensure timely access to medical information. Additionally, there's the hurdle of extracting relevant data from driver's licenses ,id cards ,credit cards to obtain patient details, which demands sophisticated technology capable of accurately parsing and interpreting information from diverse identification documents for streamlined registration processes.

Utilizing a third-party tool, Regula, iOPTIME facilitated the extraction of necessary information from driving licenses ,id card , credit card on demand, streamlining the registration process. iOPTIME engineered an authentication system designed to identify patients through QR code scanning or facial recognition, ensuring secure access to medical services. To enhance security measures, iOPTIME integrated ZK devices with the app, granting access exclusively to verified patients, thus safeguarding sensitive medical data.
